
A "form" is a set sequence of asana. This Forms series will be inspired by my "MOVE!" Yoga and dance masterclass, and will incorporate a flow with various movement modalities, including dance-inspired asana.
In the first two weeks, we'll learn the forms, then memorize, practice, and refine in the next four.
Participants will receive a video of the forms to practice at home as well as access to the playlist.
