Basics

An exploration of personal alignment and mobility. Salutations, standing and floor shapes are explored. Props are widely used to help us find variations that fit our bodies. Think of class as movement basics and yoga foundations on which to build your practice.

Vinyasa

To place in a special way.

Flowing movement is synchronized to the breath. Class is fun, challenging, and creative.

Mobility Flow

Mobility Flow: A combination of multiple mobility methods of active stretching, bodyweight strength training, rolling, and prop use. We’ll find ways to release muscle pain and increase quality of movement to create more ease in the body and a greater understanding of how we can move efficiently in our day-to-day lives. Many yoga techniques, rest, and mindfulness are also applied.

Primary Series

The Ashtanga Primary (or 1st) Series involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures - a process producing an intense internal heat. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

Mix Up

Mix-up does just that: we mix shapes from both the 1st and 2nd Series into one fun, intricate flow. Arm balances, handstands, headstands, and backbends are often explored.

Forms

A "form" is a set sequence of asana. This Forms series will be inspired by my "MOVE!" Yoga and dance masterclass, and will incorporate a flow with various movement modalities, including dance-inspired asana.

In the first two weeks, we'll learn the forms, then memorize, practice, and refine in the next four.

Participants will receive a video of the forms to practice at home as well as access to the playlist.

1:1 or small groups (up to 5)

Customized and tailored to meet your specific needs with plenty options of hands-on support.

Friends and family can practice together with the same intimacy and curation of private lessons!

I also offer private sessions for groups of 5 or more - great for birthdays, bachelorette parties, and more!

Do you regularly practice the Ashtanga Primary Series? Looking for hands-on assists, community, and space for your own practice? Mysore style of practice means you guide yourself through Ashtanga practices, with a teacher present for assistance and answers to questions you might have. This is the perfect session for anyone familiar with the forms, but wants to go at their own pace, skip shapes, or add to the practice as needed in a group, with assistance, helping build consistency.

Yoga Teacher Mentorship

For current yoga teachers looking for a highly customized, high-touch container to sharpen your teaching, grow your client base, and build a sustainable business—without losing your integrity or joy.

Equal parts skill-building and guidance: a consistent weekly or bi-weekly meeting for reflection, feedback, and forward motion. Together, we’ll focus on what you actually need right now: stronger sequencing, clearer cueing, more confident presence, smarter class structure, hands-on assists, adapting shapes for real bodies, private sessions, pricing and packaging, client experience, finding your audience, or refining your voice and niche. Each session will be practical, targeted to your needs, and designed to immediately improve what happens when you’re teaching (and how you’re getting people in the room).

There is the option to replace one session with a guest teacher who is a Yoga business and marketing expert for questions about social media, communications, websites/registration, pricing, and best practices.

You choose the mentorship that fits your needs:

Sessions are virtual or in-person, scheduled at least once weekly (timing is flexible), with limited capacity due to my schedule. Mentorship must be completed within 3 months of your start date. Eligible for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credit.
